1973 Reproductive Justice T x Lo Mead
1973 Reproductive Justice T x Lo Mead
In the 1973 case of Roe v Wade, SCOTUS determined abortion was a constitutional right across all 50 states.
After nearly half a century, this right was overturned. Due to trigger laws, many states have outlawed all legal rights to abortion and dozens of states will follow suit and/or implement unprecedented restrictions.
Our 1973 t-shirts were designed with the intention to raise money for people most affected by this legislation.
10% of each item sold item will benefit The Yellowhammer Fund. The Yellowhammer Fund is an abortion advocacy and reproduction justice organization providing critical services to people in the Deep South.
Services include:
- Abortion advocacy
- Emergency contraception access
- Referrals to local medical services providing contraception, STI diagnosis and treatment, hormone therapies, prenatal care and other needs with out judgement and without discrimination due to race, gender, income, marriage status, sexual orientation, ability or age.
- Comprehensive, age appropriate sexual education materials
- COVID-19 material support for local low-income communities, including hand sanitizer, soap, disinfectants, wipes and other needs, in conjunction with our partner organizations.
This information is directly shared from The Yellowhammer Fund.
Due to the ever-increasing cost of manufacturing and services, we are able to donate 10% of each t-shirt sold. If you would like to contribute additional funding please visit The Yellowhammer Fund (linked above).
